Access Statement
Start Bay Lookout is situated in a remote cliff top location on the edge of the hamlet of South Hallsands. The lane down to the apartment is steep and narrow. From the front garden gate there are 3 steps down to a paved flat level entrance to the apartment. The apartment is on one level throughout. There is a step down to the outside rear terrace but no step to the front terrace with the sea view. The flooring throughout the apartment is timber with a rug in the Main Living Room and one rug in each of the bedrooms. The bathroom floors are ceramic tiles. The door sizes are all approx. 80cm wide. Access to the shower in the en-suite is a step up into the tray. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over. The outside terraces are paved. From the parking area there is a steep incline up hill to the cliff side to the garden gate – a distance of approx. 60metres. Please note there is limited lighting in the parking area and an outside light on a sensor by the front door – there is no street lighting and the location is very dark at night.
